Escândaloku

Tancoku

One summer, it emerged that military equipment had disappeared from the ammunition depots of a Portuguese army base at Tancos: grenades, ammunition and explosives. Months later, part of it turned up in an empty field after an anonymous phone call, and the recovery turned out to be even stranger than the theft. In each case someone was left alone with the grenade, and the grenade can be in any room. Place each person in their room, one per row, one per column. Whoever is left alone in the grenade's room is the culprit. All the characters are made up.

About Tancoku

Tancoku is the Escândaloku case file about the Tancos theft, when military equipment disappeared from the ammunition depots of a Portuguese army base and turned up months later in an empty field. There are 18 Murdoku-style logic puzzles: read the clues, place each suspect on the floor plan and find out who was left alone with the grenade.

The cases take place in ammunition depots, guardhouses, mess halls, ministries and inquiry committees, and range from easy to medium. The characters are made up and the scandal is only the setting.
