A rehearsed recovery

The recovery of the equipment was announced as a success. Then it began to emerge that the success had been arranged with the people who took it. Not every row and column has to be occupied.

Suspects

• Abílio, the colonel: He coordinated the recovery of the equipment. He coordinated it so well it looked rehearsed.
• Balbina, the investigator: She wrote the operation report. She wrote it before the operation, just in case.
• Cláudio, the informant: He says he knew where the equipment was because he 'heard it somewhere'. He won't say from whom.
• Domitília, the bar attendant: She's served coffee to the military police for twenty years. She can tell the operations by the number of coffees.
