A box with no sender

At the ministry they insisted nobody knew anything. Then that someone knew something. Then that this person had already left. Meanwhile, a box with no sender arrived at the building. Not every row and column has to be occupied.

Suspects

• Adriana, the chief of staff: She decides what reaches the minister's desk. The box didn't.
• Baptista, the minister's driver: He drives the minister everywhere and hears everything through the rear-view mirror.
• Celeste, the secretary: She answers the phone with 'the minister is not in'. Sometimes he is.
• Dinis, the press adviser: He prepares the answers for journalists. His favourite is 'we have no knowledge of that'.
