The referee draw
The referee draw is done in full view, with balls in a bag and a very serious official. This time, besides the balls, the golden whistle went missing. Four people and one whistle: one person per row, one per column. Whoever is left alone with it in the same room is the one you're looking for.
Suspects
- Alcino, the federation official: He runs the referee draw. He says it's all random, but he always knows the result beforehand.
- Bárbara, the board secretary: She prepares the balls for the draw. One of them, she insists, was colder than the rest.
- Cândido, the sports journalist: He came to report on the draw. He left with a different story.
- Dália, the archivist: She has kept the minutes of every draw since 1980. Nobody has ever asked for one.
