Session 47
At session 47 of the inquiry, eight people said they could not recall. The grenade that served as evidence can't recall how it left the room either. Some clues in this case come as riddles. If one stumps you, a hint will solve it. Eight people and one grenade, one per row and one per column. Almost nothing is said directly: you'll have to cross everything.
Suspects
- Adalberto, the former minister: He doesn't recall. What he does recall is that he doesn't recall.
- Brízida, the MP who asked the questions: She asked a hundred and twelve questions. She got a hundred and twelve "I don't recall"s.
- Camilo, the retired general: He came to testify in uniform. He says the uniform recalls things for him.
- Dinora, the new stenographer: She replaced the old stenographer, who retired from typing "I don't recall" so often.
- Ernesto, the former minister's aide: He passes notes to the former minister during the hearing. The notes say "don't recall".
- Florbela, the parliamentary reporter: She has written the committee column since the first session. She's on her third notebook.
- Guilherme, the microphone operator: He cuts the microphone of anyone who talks too much. On this committee he has never had to.
- Helga, the visiting prosecutor: She came to watch and see if she'd learn something. She learned not to recall.
