The wireless microphone

The microphone was wireless, which made life easy for whoever took it and hard for whoever is looking for it. Some clues in this case come as riddles. If one stumps you, a hint will solve it. Four people and one microphone: one person per row, one per column. Whoever is left alone with it in the same room is the one you're looking for.

Suspects

• Alda, the fartura lady: She fried farturas through the whole concert. She says all you could hear from the van was the oil.
• Benedito, the battery technician: He changes the batteries in the wireless microphones. That night he changed a few too many.
• Carla, the fan at the barrier: She clung to the barrier for four hours. She clung to the chorus too.
• Damião, the artist's assistant: He was holding the artist's towel. He says that when the microphone went past, he was holding the towel.
