The apology

The radio station decided to apologise to the woman, the artist and the supermarket. In the meeting to write the apology, another microphone went missing. Some clues in this case come as riddles. If one stumps you, a hint will solve it. Not every row and column has to be occupied.

Suspects

• Abel, the station director: He apologised on behalf of the station. He didn't say for what, just in case.
• Brigite, the breakfast presenter: She read the apology live. By the third line she was singing.
• Cesaltina, the station's lawyer: She wrote the text carefully so as to admit nothing. It admitted it anyway.
• Dagoberto, the social media intern: He made the chorus the ringtone for the whole station. Nobody knows how to change it.
